    ~ First- time clients only (Package Required)~
    The initial two sessions and a personalized audio meditation are included. First visit to be done in person where possible.

  • Single Client Sessions

    ~ Single subsequent visit ~
    For established clients only. May be conducted in person or via zoom.

  • Saver Packages

    ~ Prepaid packages:
    ~4-visit package     (for established clients or smoke/vape cessation, 10% off)

    ~ 10-visit package (for the deep-dive, 20% discount)

Additional 10% discount (limit one per visit or package) available for:
