By booking with Deep S.E.A.™ Hypnotic Health, you acknowledge that services provided are assistive in nature and not intended to diagnose or treat any medical or psychological conditions, nor are they a substitute for medical or psychological care by a qualified physician/practitioner where indicated.
It is important to note that your sessions do not constitute psychotherapy or counseling. As a result, no diagnoses will be established and your health insurance will not cover costs here.
You understand further that you are ultimately responsible for your own well being. For our purposes, this means your successful outcome from hypnotherapy depends in large part on your motivation for lasting change; your open-minded participation in each session; and your willingness to maintain your own results into the future.
That said, hypnotherapy has been shown to have positive results for the vast majority of those who undertake it. It can be surprisingly exciting stuff! I look forward to meeting and working with you!
*Cancellation/rescheduling policy (excludes Initial Consultation Call):
A valid credit card is required to book your visit(s) online. In the event of a no-show, the credit card will be charged for the full amount of the appointment. For late show beyond 15 minutes, no-show policy applies, except by prior arrangement. For cancellations or reschedules of less than 24 hours notice, 50 percent of the appointment fee will be charged.
Maximum of two cancellations/ reschedules of less than 48 hour notice allowed per 6 month rolling period; third incident will be charged at 50%. If any canceled prepaid appointment is not re-booked within 90 days, fee is forfeit, and process begins anew.
