Terms of Service

By submitting this reservation, you are scheduling an Initial Consultation Call  (“Session”) as a first-time client of Deep S.E.A™ Hypnosis (“we” or “our”). You agree to the following terms and conditions. 

  1. By booking with Deep S.E.A™ Hypnosis, you acknowledge that services provided are assistive in nature and not intended to diagnose or treat any medical or psychological conditions, nor are they a substitute for medical or psychological care by a qualified physician/practitioner where indicated.

  2. These sessions do not constitute psychotherapy or counseling. As a result, no diagnoses will be established, and your health insurance will not cover costs here.

  3. Your Well-being. You understand further that you are ultimately responsible for your own well-being. This means your successful outcome from hypnotherapy depends in large part on your motivation for lasting change, your open-minded participation in each session, and your willingness to maintain your own results into the future. That said, hypnotherapy has been shown to have positive results for the vast majority of those who undertake it. It can be surprisingly exciting stuff! I look forward to meeting and working with you!

  4. Before the Session. Prior to your Session, you may prepare by having a list of questions and concerns with you at the appointment time.

  5. The Session. After you schedule, you will receive a calendar invitation for your appointment. The Session will last for up to 30 minutes.  I'll initiate the call.  Please be in a comfortable and private place and allow for up to 30 minutes in total for the call.  

  6. Continuing Our Work Together. If you would like to continue working together, we can discuss this, along with the next steps.  

  7. Confidentiality. All information you share with us will be kept confidential. 

  8. Our Intellectual Property. In some cases, we may give you access to content that we have created, such as handouts. All of this content is our intellectual property and is for your personal use only. We reserve all rights in this content. You may not distribute, resell, or create derivative works of our intellectual property.
